Terms & Conditions

Organised by DE AXCEND SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202401027072), the sole distributor of MUTANT Malaysia (“Organiser”).

  1. This sponsorship campaign is open exclusively to registered athletes participating in the Mr Enrich On The Go 2026 event.
  2. Each athlete is entitled to one (1) campaign entry only.
  3. To qualify, athletes must complete all four (4) steps:
    • Follow: Follow @mutant_my on Instagram.
    • Scan & Register: Scan the QR code and complete the registration form with accurate information.
    • Show Your Best Pose: Have a professional photo taken at the MUTANT booth.
    • Share & Tag: Share content featuring the MUTANT booth, products, or professional photo on an Instagram Post or Story and tag @mutant_my.
  4. All four (4) steps must be completed within the campaign period. Incomplete, duplicate, or late entries will not be accepted.
  5. All information submitted must be accurate and complete. MUTANT Malaysia reserves the right to verify participants’ details, Instagram activity, and eligibility.
  6. Selected athletes will receive sponsorship support from MUTANT Malaysia. The sponsorship details, duration, requirements, and benefits will be determined by MUTANT Malaysia and communicated directly to the selected athletes.
  7. Sponsorship is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, credit, or any other alternatives unless otherwise determined by MUTANT Malaysia.
  8. Selected athletes will be announced through MUTANT Malaysia’s official Instagram account (@mutant_my) or contacted directly using the details provided in the registration form.
  9. Selected athletes must respond within the specified period and provide any required supporting information. Failure to respond or complete the verification process may result in the sponsorship being withdrawn and offered to another eligible athlete.
  10. By participating, athletes grant MUTANT Malaysia permission to capture, use, edit, publish, and reproduce their photographs, videos, competition details, and related social media content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  11. By submitting the registration form, participants consent to MUTANT Malaysia collecting, storing, and processing their personal information for campaign administration, eligibility verification, marketing communications, promotional activities, and membership-related initiatives. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
  12. MUTANT Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits false information, creates duplicate entries, manipulates the campaign, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  13. MUTANT Malaysia reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by MUTANT Malaysia shall be final and binding.
