MUTANT RM8,000 WORTH SPEND & WIN CAMPAIGN.

Organised by Mutant Malaysia by DE AXCEND SDN. BHD. (202401027072) ("Organiser").

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 This campaign is open to all participants.

1.2 Employees, immediate family members, agents, distributors and representatives of the Organiser may participate unless otherwise determined by the Organiser.

1.3 Participants must complete all required registration information in order to qualify.

 

  1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Participants must obtain a valid Unique Entry Code issued by Mutant Malaysia during the campaign period.

2.2 Each Unique Entry Code may only be registered once.

2.3 Any duplicate, fraudulent, altered, damaged, forged or invalid code will be rejected.

2.4 Participants are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and complete.

2.5 The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of purchase and any supporting documents for verification purposes.

2.6 Submission of an entry does not automatically guarantee eligibility. All entries are subject to verification and approval by the Organiser.

 

  1. WINNER SELECTION

3.1 Winners will be selected through a winner selection process determined by the Organiser from all eligible and verified entries.

3.2 The Organiser reserves the right to verify all entries before confirming any winner.

3.3 Any participant found to have submitted false, misleading or incomplete information may be disqualified immediately.

3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to redraw and select replacement winners where necessary.

3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate any entry suspected of abuse, fraud, manipulation or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

• Ten (10) packs of MUTANT® WHEY™ Protein 5lbs supplied over twelve (12) months.
• One (1) Team Joined x Mutant Limited Tee.

Second Prize (1 Winner)

• Six (6) packs of MUTANT® WHEY™ Protein 5lbs supplied over six (6) months.
• One (1) Team Joined x Mutant Limited Tee.

Third Prize (1 Winner)

• Three (3) packs of MUTANT® WHEY™ Protein 5lbs supplied over three (3) months.
• One (1) Team Joined x Mutant Limited Tee.

Special Prize (2 Winners)

• Each winner will receive five (5) units of MUTANT® CREATINE-CREAKONG™.

Consolation Prize (2 Winners)

• Each winner will receive three (3) units of MUTANT® CREATINE-CREAKONG™.

 

  1. PRIZE FULFILMENT

5.1 Protein prizes will be distributed according to the schedule determined solely by the Organiser.

5.2 Winners are not entitled to request all products to be delivered, collected or redeemed at one time.

5.3 Product flavour, variant, packaging and distribution schedule shall be determined solely by the Organiser. Winners are not entitled to select, exchange or request alternative product flavours, variants or packaging.

5.4 The Organiser reserves the right to replace any product with another product of similar value without prior notice.

5.5 Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, store credit or alternative products.

5.6 Winners of the protein prizes must remain contactable throughout the prize fulfilment period and provide accurate delivery information when requested by the Organiser.

5.7 Failure to respond to collection, delivery or verification arrangements within fourteen (14) days from the Organiser's contact attempt may result in forfeiture of any remaining unclaimed prizes. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or reallocate any unclaimed prize entitlement without further notice or compensation.

5.8 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failed delivery, delay, loss or inability to fulfil prize distribution arising from incorrect contact details, incomplete delivery information or failure by the winner to respond within the stipulated timeframe.

5.9 Protein prize fulfilment will be scheduled and managed solely by the Organiser. Winners are not entitled to accelerate, consolidate, reschedule or request bulk delivery of future prize allocations unless otherwise approved by the Organiser.

 

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

6.1 Winners will be announced through Mutant Malaysia's official communication channels.

6.2 Winners must contact Mutant Malaysia within three (3) calendar days from the date of winner announcement.

6.3 Failure to respond within the stated period may result in immediate forfeiture of the prize.

6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner without further notice.

6.5 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of purchase and the original Unique Entry Code for verification purposes before any prize is awarded.

 

  1. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information.
• Uses multiple identities or accounts.
• Registers duplicate entries.
• Uses unauthorised methods to gain entries.
• Attempts to manipulate the campaign process.
• Fails verification checks.
• Violates any campaign terms and conditions.
• Engages in conduct deemed inappropriate by the Organiser.

 

  1. PUBLICITY

8.1 By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that the Organiser may use their name, image, social media username, photographs, videos and related content for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

8.2 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, content creation, interviews, photographs or videos relating to the giveaway.

8.3 Participants grant the Organiser the right to publish winner announcements across social media, websites and other marketing channels.

 

  1. PERSONAL DATA

9.1 By participating, participants consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data by Mutant Malaysia.

9.2 Personal information may be used for:

• Campaign administration.
• Winner verification.
• Customer service.
• Marketing communication.
• Future Mutant Malaysia campaigns and promotions.
• Audience analysis and internal business purposes.

9.3 Participants acknowledge that the Organiser may contact them via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, email or social media regarding matters related to this campaign and future promotional activities.

9.4 Participants may request to opt out of future marketing communications by contacting Mutant Malaysia directly.

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost or expense arising from participation in this campaign or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

10.2 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical malfunction, website failure, registration error, system interruption, internet disruption or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.3 The Organiser makes no warranty regarding the availability, suitability or uninterrupted operation of any registration platform or communication channel used in connection with this campaign.

 

  1. GENERAL

11.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, postpone, extend or terminate this giveaway at any time without prior notice.

11.2 The Organiser reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.

11.3 Any decision made by Mutant Malaysia by DE AXCEND SDN. BHD. (202401027072) in relation to this campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding.

11.4 No correspondence, appeal, dispute or challenge regarding any decision will be entertained.

11.5 Participation in this campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
